Les Bailey And Associates is comprised of four licensed Realtors, Les Bailey, Nani Palmer, Lance Davis, and Kyle Ellis; and one Administrative Assistant, Mikilani Davis. They work together to bring you and your family the quality service you deserve in achieving your Real Estate goals. They provide the dependability you can count on and have a never ending hunger for knowledge and additional training in the industry. The team's experience has proven to benefit clients in the form of more money in their pockets after selling or buying a home. Our focus is on our clients and their needs come first! Les Bailey grew up in Florida and ever since he heard the song "Going North to Alaska" he has been dreaming about moving to Alaska. After spending 20 years in the military he finally got his dream transfer to Alaska. When it came time to move again he decided that Alaska was where he wanted to be when he retired from the Army. His wife and four children now have deep roots in Alaska. Les’ sons are following his foot steps by serving their country in the military. His two daughters and one son-in-law work by his side in the real estate business. Les and his wife love to spend time with their eight grandchildren whenever schedules permit. When Les is not with the grandchildren, he enjoys staying on top of current events (politics), and sharpening his mind by reading books of interest. Les got his real estate license in 1992 and has continually been a top realtor in the market place his focus has been primarily on helping home owners sell their homes and realize their investment goals. Over the years he has successfully helped builders and new home buyers come together to construct their dream homes. New Construction has always been a part of the industry he has enjoyed. In 2007 Les got his SRES designation which is a designation for working with folks in the 50+ age group. |

| Nani thrives as our Buyer's Representative and is Les's eldest daughter. License in 2001 she enjoys working side-by-side with family members as they grow together in their careers and life. Nani has attended the Star Power Buyers Specialist University and is a New Construction Specialist. Nani has two delightful daughters who motivate her to be the best in her business life and personal life. She takes pride in providing excellent service to her clients throughout the home buying process. Her primary job is to work with buyers and help them find the home that best fits their family's needs. Nani stays knowledgeable on market trends by devoting time daily to preview homes and reviewing changes in the market place. If you've seen a home that interests you, chances are Nani has seen it, and can easily help you determine whether the home will fit your needs. Lance is Les Bailey’s son-in-law and has been working in real estate since June of 2006. Lance grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and graduated from East High School and attended the University of Alaska Anchorage. Prior to joining Les Bailey and Associates Real Estate Team, Lance served 5 years active duty in the US Army and 1.5 years in the Army National Guard as a Korean Cryptologic Linguist. During his time in the US Army, Lance spent time overseas in Iraq and Korea. In addition to speaking Korean, he also speaks Spanish fluently. Lance is the Senior Listing Partner for Les Bailey and Associates Real Estate Team. He has attended the Star Power Systems Listing Specialization University, as well as, was the first Realtor in the state to obtain the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation from the Distressed Property Institute. Lance is the local expert that can help distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure. Lance especially enjoys helping homeowners get their properties sold quickly, for highest dollar amount, and with the least amount of hassles. In his spare time, Lance enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors. Lance is an avid flyfishman and loves to hunt. Lance also volunteers as a local Scoutmaster for Troop 3 of the Boy Scouts of America. |

| Mikilani is Les's youngest daughter and has worked for his team as a Marketing Specialist since 2003. She has one daughter born in 2007 and enjoys working with her family. Miki does all of the online marketing, web site management and data entering for the homes listed with our team. She prides herself in keeping a fresh look to the listings on our and other websites. Les Bailey And Associates believes that having a marketing specialist on our team is just another way of providing the quality service all of our sellers deserve in the marketing of their home. Miki enjoys finding new ways to leverage the market exposure for our listings by maximizing the online presence and utilizing other multimedia forums. |

| Shortly after graduating from Cascade College in Portland, OR, Kyle Ellis and his wife moved to Wasilla, Alaska in June of 2007. Prior to joining the Bailey Team he worked as a Loan Processor in Anchorage. He found that he enjoyed working in the Real Estate industry and joined Les Bailey & Associates Team in October of 2008 as a Licensed Contract Manager. His primary job is handling the details of an Agreed Contract to Closing. His responsibilities include providing a "high-touch" experience during the closing process and that Les Bailey & Associates provide a top-level of experience after the moving date. |
