Having spent more than 24 years in the Military himself, Les understands and empathizes with military families on the move, and he has walked a mile in your boots, having received PCS order 18 time himself. Moving to a new place and unit can be exciting, but it is frustrating and emotional as well, and can take a toll on the family. It is our goal to help relieve you from some of the stresses of moving and help you get acquainted with the area as well as determine if buying, renting or living on base housing is the best option for your family and their needs.

Les Bailey and Associates is a Team of Realtors who understands life in the military, as his children grew up and experienced being “military brats” first hand. Nani Palmer, his daughter and buyers specialist, makes it her priority to help those relocating to the area. Lance Davis, Les’s son-in-law, finished his military commitment in 2006, and he is intimately familiar with being deployed and the trials and tribulations military families endure.
